Nightmare in Navy Yard 2026: DC's Biggest Halloween Party Takes Over Supplyhouse

Halloween falls on a Saturday this year, and DC's biggest Halloween party is built for it. The seventh annual Nightmare in Navy Yard, presented by Scorpio Entertainment, takes over Supplyhouse in Navy Yard on Saturday, October 31, from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. — three dance floors, more than 50 animatronics, food trucks, and a five-hour open bar.

The Venue: A Former Navy Building

Supplyhouse stands at 200 Tingey St SE in Navy Yard, in the U.S. Navy's former Building 170. It is one of DC's newest large event spaces, and this year it becomes the party's new home. Organizer Edward Daniels of Scorpio Entertainment calls the event a "one-stop shop" for Halloween, and expects around 1,000 guests.

What Is Inside

Three Dance Floors, Three DJs

Three dance floors run through the night with three DJs, fog, and laser shows. Each floor has its own energy, so the night can move from main-stage spectacle to darker corners without ever leaving the building.

50+ Animatronics and the Nightmare Underground

More than 50 animatronics and inflatables are spread through the space, alongside haunted décor and the all-new Nightmare Underground — a dedicated scare zone inside the party rather than a side attraction.

Food Trucks and a Five-Hour Open Bar

This is not a dance-only night. Food trucks feed the crowd, themed cocktails anchor the bars, and admission runs with a five-hour open bar. VIP tickets add a complimentary meal voucher, which makes the food part of the ticket rather than an afterthought.

Paranormal Activity VR and the Costume Contest

A Meta Quest 3 Paranormal Activity virtual reality experience puts guests inside the scare, and guests who arrive in costume can enter the costume contest — at DC's biggest Halloween party, the crowd itself is half the show.

Tickets

Tickets are sold through Humanitix and NightmareinNavyYard.com. Current tiers:

  • Early Bird General Admission: $66.66
  • General Admission: $76.66
  • VIP Experience: $116.66 (early bird $106.66) — includes a complimentary meal voucher
  • Producer's Club: $595 — main stage seating, VIP loft seats, food vouchers, and a complimentary Halloween-night stay at the AC Hotel Navy Yard

The event is 21 and over only. Tickets are non-refundable and prices can increase as tiers sell out, so the early bird prices above are the floor, not a promise.
